Due to the increase in hormone levels, most women begin to feel extreme fatigue in early pregnancy. In the earliest trimester, your body undergoes drastic changes in hormones to support development of fetus inside your body and this is how your body reacts to the hormonal changes.
5. Light bleeding.
Implantation bleeding is another sign of first pregnancy signs and symptom and usually occurs within the first two weeks of fertilization. The common cause of the faint bleeding while early pregnancy is implantation. Implantation bleeding happens while the embryo embeds it self in the uterine wall and usually happens 10 to 14 days after conception. Bleeding induced by implantation is very faint. The only sign you could detect that shows implantation has happened is a minor spot of blood appeared on your panties.
6. Increased urination.
Increased urination occurs due to the increasing in blood and other body fluids, processed by the kidneys and finishes up in the bladder. This symptoms will most likely only worsen when your pregnancy progresses.
7. Breast Tenderness
One of the early noticeable pregnancy signs is swollen and tender breasts. You may detect this sign at bedtime, when getting dressed, when showering or exercising. Not to worry, this pain usually subsides as the body adjusts to the pregnancy.
